Kindly, it is mandatory for the Grama Niladhari officer of the respective domain to issue a recommendation confirming the fact that the institution in question is an ongoing institution; generators are used for that institution and the work being done by the institution in issuing fuel for all essential services.

Complete the following Application Form as per the latest circular and send to us. (These services have also temporarily stopped issuing fuel these days, as the relevant approval has not been received). However, if you have any fuel requirement, handover your requests to Divisional Secretary’s’ PA room, as soon as they informed us we will be notified you on your whatsapp number.

To get a QR Code you can register through http://fuelpass.gov.lk or register using the QR code that will be issued to us. (This date has not been specifically mentioned by the ministry).

Covid-19 Reliefs

Covid-19 relief services under Thimbirigasyaya Divisional Secretariat, enables various services and details available to the people of Thimbirigasyaya Division;

1. Dry ration bags worth Rs. 10000 / = for self-quarantined families
2. Government allowance of Rs. 5000 / = for low income families and victims during the travel restriction period.

Over the course of more than eight months of operations aimed at providing relief to the people affected by the corona epidemic in the Thimbirigasyaya division, the third wave of Covid-19 (since 01 April 2021) has successfully and continuously operated, providing Rs. 10000 / - worth dry rations bag to quarantined families.

Eligibility Criteria

1. It should be confirmed that the family is self-quarantined according to the medical records of the health inspector.
2. The certificate of the Grama Niladhari in charge of the particular division should be reported to the steering committee.
